Management Southwest also provides hourly services for both members and non-members.

Hourly legal work (billed in .1 increments) on employment-related issues (e.g. , Compliance questions/emails/telephone calls on employment-related issues, IHRC/EEOC responses, responding to agency or attorney letters, drafting contracts, etc.).

Comprehensive legal review of employee handbook – $1500 flat fee (60 pages max)

Written Exemption reviews (to determine if exempt or non-exempt) – $500 flat fee per position includes analysis, legal research, and written opinion letter.

Personnel Practice Legal Review - written audit and analysis of personnel practice. $640 flat fee
Employment Application and Hiring Review - Reviewing applications and hiring practice.
​
Investigative services – Workplace investigations relating to violations of policy/ law. Contact MSW for hourly rate.
