Tier 1 Membership

AWKNOWLEDGEMENT

In consideration for payment of the membership amount (as designated in the chart below), Management Southwest will provide, upon request, the services listed on this website under Membership. The non-refundable, non-proratable membership is for one year, renewable annually. Membership fees are subject to change on an annual basis and notice will be provided to members of any increased rate. Membership discounted hourly rates are subject to change upon notice to members. I agree that information, materials, forms, and other documents that I receive from MSW are proprietary and will not be shared with anyone other than the MSW member's authorized internal contacts. I further agree that failure to pay the full balance of any amounts due and owing MSW within 30 days of e-bill invoice will result in a $75 late fee for each month not paid in full. Member agrees that the membership will automatically renew unless member advises MSW of non-renewal prior to the renewal date (one year anniversary or each anniversary year thereafter) from date member signed up for initial membership.

All membership renewals will be as follows based upon total employee head count (including owners, partners, officers, PT, FT and temporary staff):

Tier 2: 16-39 $3100
Tier 3: 40-100 $3600
Tier 4: 101-200 $3700
Tier 5: 201-300 $3,900
Tier 6: 301-500 $4200
